Hearing loss is no stranger to our family. My brother has significant hearing loss from being in a rock band in the 80’s. And my mother has also experienced hearing loss as she ages. Missing out on funny things people say or pretending to be part of a conversation that you just can’t hear is no fun. Struggling to hear and communicate can be stressful if yours or a loved one’s hearing aids are no longer providing enough benefit.
