What is a Jade Roller? It is a tool used to boost blood circulation, increase skin elasticity, reduction in puffiness, diminishing fine lines, reducing dark circles under the eyes, tightening pores and lifting and toning the muscles of the face, neck and jawline.
How do you use a Jade Roller? I keep mine in the refrigerator. At night after I have cleansed my face, I put on my favorite serums and then use the roller. In upward motions starting at the jaw bone roll it up. I roll up three times in one place, then move up my face for 3 more, etc. Lastly I continue this upward rolling on my neck. Then I repeat, as to “roll” my entire face and neck twice. Jade is highly calming which makes it great for irritated skin conditions.
