Have you struggled to find the perfect basic bra and panties? I did for years, but in the last year I have come across some that I love! I’ve learned that no matter how skinny you are, if you do not have the right bra, you can see “back fat” and indentations in your back (and nobody wants that!).

Spanx Bra llelujah // I prefer the racerback version, but it comes both ways. I have two reasons this is a favorite: the straps are wide and comfortable, and the back is seamless, not leaving indentations or “back fat” marks through my clothes.
The second bra favorite is the Vanishing Back Bra by Soma. Again, the lines are seamless, do not dig into your back and leave a smooth appearance through my clothes.
My favorite panty is the vanishing edge by Soma. I prefer high rise brief, but it comes in many variations. What I love about this panty is it stays in place and does not ride up, at all, ever.
