hope you were able to join me for my Empties Video that I did on Instagram. No worries if you missed it, I’m going to list all the items I mentioned here. Let’s start with skincare!
Revision is my absolute favorite skincare line. The Hydrating Serum is moisturizing and is great for all skin types. I mix one pump with my Retina A at night and I mix it with my Vitamin C Serum in the morning. The Revox Line Relaxer is made for targeted areas. I apply one pump day and night to my 11’s between my brows, my crows feet and laugh lines. Lastly, Intellishade is a tinted moisturizer with SPF and I use that every morning as my last step.
The Neo Cutis Bio Cream is my night time moisturizer. It is very rich and so good for my dry skin! I tend to use this more in the winter months. The Neo Cutis Lumiere is a very rich eye cream. I personally love this eye cream because of my dry skin. I use one pump morning and evening.
These next two products are for removing makeup. (Just as a side note… removing makeup and cleansing your face are two different things. For example using a makeup wipe to remove makeup is fine, but you still need to clean your face.) The Clinique Take the Day Off is a cleansing balm that you put on your face and then wipe off with a damp cloth. It removes even the toughest mascara! I have tried other brands and this is still my favorite. The Micellar Water is what I use to get any last remnant of makeup off. I will put a little on a cotton round and wipe my face, just to make sure the makeup is all gone.
Collagen Peptides is what I put in my coffee everyday (could also put in a smoothie, yogurt, or any drink). There are so many great benefits to taking collagen (skin, hair, nails and joint support). I also take Magnesium everyday. This kind in particular is from Trader Joe’s, and it’s good. But honestly, I grab some wherever I see it. My most recent purchase of Magnesium was from Costco.
We’ll end with a few beauty products. Tresemme 4 is a great hold for me. I enjoy using it, but when it ran out I went back to my old faithful, Big Sexy Hair. Tarte Shape Tape has been my concealer for many years now. The coverage is good and it lasts all day. I wear it in shade fair. This Jane Iredale compact is actually a bronzer, but I used it for blush. It has the prettiest pink brown shades, so I just applied it as blush.
