I love learning what the new trends are the each season! I consider myself to be fairly classic in style, but I love to implement the trends in some small way.
Let’s start with puffy shoulders and or sleeves. I love this trend! This is especially great on smaller frames or narrow shoulders, as it helps to accent that area. The oversized puffy sleeves we see on the runway can be modified to a wearable everyday style. The white puff sleeve top is a great example of a wearable way to style this trend. And the eyelet sleeve top is pretty and understated.
Studded sandals are on trend again this Spring. We look at an exaggerated style on the left and a toned down version on the right. *Another trend with shoes is the square toe bed.
Pastels are SO popular right now. Again, I think we can take the concept and wear it in a toned down way. This pastel plaid dress is darling for Spring and Summer. And the yellow dress is easy, comfortable and a great example of everyday style.
