Fashion Friday at J.Jill!

J.Jill just put out their September Collection, so I wanted to show you some of my favorite picks and talk about how I would style them! I will put links below each photo that you can click on if you’d like to check them out or purchase.

These 1st two are so pretty!

1. Textured two pocket pullover – This one is in the color cardinal multi and I have it paired with the slim fit ankle jeans. I would wear these pieces together and add a long necklace or scarf. As for shoes, I would wear either a brown or animal print flat or bootie.

2. Leopard print pullover – This is in the color wheat heather is the perfect weight for transitioning to fall! I have it paired with the Quinn Pant in the color acorn and it runs a little small, so if you are in between sizes, size up. I would wear this with a long simple necklace and a either a neutral, black or small animal print flat.

3. Ruffle button front blouse – This is so pretty and dainty! I have it paired with the high rise straight leg jeans, and I absolutely LOVE them! The fit is so amazing! I would wear these two together with a fun pair of earrings and either a bootie or pointy toe flat.

4. Mixed media plaid dress – I love the fit! I would wear it with a fun necklace, black leggings and black or brown shoes.

5. Tweed Sweater Dress – This dress is adorable, but… it runs long. It is supposed to hit at the middle of the knee. I am wearing a petite and it is way below my knee at an awkward length. So, if you wear regular misses you might want to consider trying the petite size for the length to be right. I would wear this now just as it is, and when it gets cooler, pair it with a black turtleneck and black tights.

6. Paisley-border Neckerchief – I thought this was a fun piece to put on my ponytail!

7. V Neck Sweater Poncho – I picked this in the color cranberry. It is a perfect piece to throw on because it’s so lightweight. I have it on with jeans, but you could also pair it with black, brown, camel or cranberry.

8. Faux-Suede Moto Jacket – This is so soft and luxurious feeling! Moto jackets are so on trend right now. If you are wanting to try this look, I definitely recommend this one! The color is acorn. I would wear this with just about anything…jeans, work wear pants, a dress, etc.
