Avoiding loneliness and depression

Hi friends? How are you handling our new normal? We are doing good over here.❤️I know for some, this might be slippery slopes to fall into a pit of depression or loneliness. If that’s you, here are 3 tips to consider:

  • get dressed & put at least a little bit of makeup on (it’s so easy to stay in pajamas)
  • Exercise, even if that means walks around your neighborhood. The fresh air and vitamin D are good for you.
  • Check on others, do for others, help others in any way that is safe. Serving other people keeps our focus off of our loneliness.
