Happy New Year! Hope you closed out 2021 healthy and happy! I’m excited for the new year! I love do overs, fresh starts and new beginnings. I feel like a have an opportunity to do better…be better…love better. I set goals or resolutions. I like to be very intentional to make good changes.
I posted a reel today on Instagram about how to style a sweater three ways. The sweater is so beautiful, with the fur cuff sleeves! Here is a picture of the three ways I styled it and the details about each look.
Dressy: Bold red pants, black mules slides, dangle earrings and red lipstick

Back to my goals for the year…I break down my goals into 4 categories: Relational, Physical, Spiritual and Business.
Starting with relational, I would like to be more consistent in date nights with my husband. We did fairly good last year, but did slip and it became less and less often. I also am going to try to be more intentional about spending time with family and friends. We all get so busy, time can just get away from me. Intentional lunch dates, and face to face time. Texting is how my children primarily communicate. I want to be better about texting them to let them know how proud I am of them, and specifically tell them why.
Physically, there are a few things I have in mind. In a perfect world I’d love to lose 8 pounds, but 5 would still be good! I am going to continue to drink lots of water each day. Workouts are hard for me because I hate them. So I will make an effort, but walking is more my thing. I will continue my intermittent fasting (only eating between noon and 8pm).
Spiritual Goals are to read my bible more (daily), stay plugged in at church, and find an area to serve. Our family has been hurt by “the church” and is still in a place of struggling. We love the Lord and enjoy learning and growing in our faith.
Business goals include growing my Social Media Platforms and collaborate with more brands to grow my business.
